Northeast Portland encompasses the area east of the Willamette River and North of Burnside. It a large area made of many distinct and diverse communities including, but not limited to: Alameda, Irvington, Hollywood, Rose City, Beaumont, Alberta Arts, Concordia, Cully, Wilshire, Sabin, Boise-Elliot, Humboldt and Sullivan's Gulch.
